Feathers
and Fletchings Achievement Award Scheme
The Feathers and Fletchings Achievement Award
Scheme is open to all students and has been designed to reward
them for their achievements in Archery and improvements in
scores.
There are 5 categories of award, each representing one of the 5
coloured scoring zones on a target. These metal badges are in
the shape of an arrow with a different coloured enamel surface
for each award. These badges have been designed exclusively for
Feathers and Fletching and will not be available ANYWHERE else.
To qualify for each award, archers will need
to shoot three qualifying scores. The better the scores, the
higher the award.
The scores required have been set them
at a level that will challenge students to improve their scores
and improve their archery. Badges should be shot for in order
(White then Black then Blue etc) but participants will also be
able to claim for a badge under the award they already have and
can then collect a complete set.
