Been getting a fair few enquiries for info and training in the BEST method of shooting recently. For those of you who haven’t heard of this method it’s the one developed and advocated by US Archery head Coach Kisik Lee. It’s what the US team (and others) have been using for a few years now with considerable success.

Anyway, some of you may know that as well as being a UK County Coach I am also a USArchery Level 3 High Performance Coach and spent a week being taught the BEST method by Coach Lee himself.

To be honest, working over in Colorado opened my eyes to the benefits of this system and also to a lot of the subtle nuances that, although in the KSL books are often overlooked.
